Why my internet broken

My phone is oppo a96 5g

When i turn it internet on,sometimes it'll disconnect for two or three seconds,also the bottom of internet and WiFi turning gray,it can't be open,it shows can't find the SIM card.this question bother me for a while, please tell me how to fix it, thanks!
