Accidentally turned on the Google remote lock in settings

I accidentally turned on the remote lock in my J7 while scrolling in the Google play service settings and the screen just went blacked,but now it's stuck on the on logo flashing without turning on, or just flashing on the charging battery logo without turning on,can I jump start it or switch it on from the motherboard battery connection pins? I wanted to upload a video of it but can't see any option for that here. Please help
