Kindle Display Glitch After Partial Refresh

I have a Kindle Paperwhite 11th gen that experiences severe screen glitches after any partial refresh. While a full refresh clears the screen correctly, any subsequent small refreshes cause the rest of the display to show a distorted pattern. I’ve already tried updating the firmware and performing a factory reset with no improvement.

The E-Ink panel and its connections are fine, suggesting the issue might be with the graphics controller or another component on the motherboard.

What steps can I take to diagnose and fix this potential graphics controller issue? Any advice on locating and replacing the chip, or identifying other related components, would be appreciated.
