S23 plus retail mode

I just bought the phone and when I try to add a fingerprint to my lockscreen it says, "Can't use this feature in Retail mode".

I checked Device admin apps and there is no retail mode switch there, there is also no retail mode app on the phone.

How do I fix this?

Also the IMEI of the phone matches the one on the box but when I look it up on https://www.imei.info it shows up as an S24 Ultra, could that mean the phone is fake?

It also doesn't say it's a Demo phone anywhere on the back of the phone
