screen mistouch after replacing the screen and high battery usage
I replaced my P40 lite E phone screen 3 weeks and it started to mistouch and there is high battery usage

The screen is definitely the highest current consumer, especially if it is mostly a white screen. Dark mode is better for battery useage.
If it started 3 weeks after replacing screen, then it could be a defective screen. If it started immediately after replacement, it could be the wrong screen or it could be defective.
For the touch, you might see if there is a calibration proceedure.
