Screen is black. It came on twice and said incidental touching

I put phone in my pocket and when I got home the screen was black. I tried to restart but it wouldn't. So I did the power button volume thing. It came on and said incidental touch. Please unlock with pin. I have like three phone and entered wrong pin. The screen has not responded since.
