Why is my mobile data not working?

Even if I have a valid data pack and full network coverage, I am not able to use my data. I've tried changing its antenna from a local shop however, the problem is still the same.

If you're experiencing issues with mobile data on your Samsung Galaxy S10+ despite having a valid data pack and full network coverage, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. **Restart Your Phone**: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve network-related issues.

2. **Check Data Usage Settings**:

- Make sure mobile data is enabled in your phone's settings.

- Check if there are any data restrictions or limits set on your phone that might be preventing you from using data.

3. **Check Network Mode**:

- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode and ensure it is set to a proper network mode (like LTE/WCDMA/GSM).

4. **Check APN Settings**:

- Sometimes incorrect APN (Access Point Name) settings can prevent you from accessing mobile data. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names and make sure your carrier's APN settings are correct. You may need to contact your carrier for the correct settings.

5. **Update Software**:

- Ensure your phone's software is up to date. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

6. **Reset Network Settings**:

- Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings to their default.

7. **Check for Carrier Outages**:

- Sometimes network issues are due to carrier outages. Check with your carrier to see if there are any known network issues in your area.

8. **Check SIM Card**:

- Ensure your SIM card is inserted properly and is not damaged.

9. **Factory Reset**:

- If none of the above steps work, you can try a factory reset as a last resort. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up your important data first.

If you've already tried these steps and the issue persists, it may be best to contact your carrier's customer support or visit a Samsung service center for further assistance, as there could be a hardware issue with your phone.
