Give this a try:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Go to Apps Management
  3. Go to App List
  4. Click on the 2 dots in the top right corner
  5. Click Show System
  6. Search for package installer and click on it
  7. Click Storage Usage
  8. Click Clear Data then click OK
  9. Should be fixed!
