Targus ACP71 power connectors and pinout

I can't find any information about the connector used for power in and power out (see below picture)

There is no originaI cable, so a new a cable has to be done, and it requires to buy the connector and know the pinout set by Targus

The Laptop power out connector is used with a provided cable that in the other side has a multi tip connector for different laptops
