I am unable to access my laptop webcam. Even on other installed OSs

This problem is from a couple of months, whenever i open the camera for video calling or any other purpose, it just opens the camera application for a second and automatically goes vanished at the same time. I've tried driver installing, re-installing, basic troubleshooting but nothing is working for me. I will greatly appreciate your responses.
