Why is it not turning on. Trys then sounds like fan isn't working in power adapter or console

Check the voltage on the power adapter and if either fan is not working or defective it could keep it from powering on or worse could have burnt up the CPU OR GPU check the power supply first if it's good replace the fan in the Xbox it's common problem for the CPU to need re soldered or balled they would call it don't place it in the oven as some videos suggest
