My mother wanted me get the old pictures of the iPhone 4 back. I started the phone, but it keeps showing the iTunes logo. I tried over iTunes to download the updated, but when the iPhone automatic restarts, the update stopps and a error shows on my pc.
I know that my mother never did the updates on the iPhone.
Could someone help me, please?

Have you tried to replace the battery? Do the iphone stay on when its not plugged in the charger?

No, the iPhone restarts, and the newer version of the apple logo is showing. And my pc don't detect the iPhone after the restart.
Maybe I can upload a video, how it's stop updating.
Whitout connecting the phone to a charger the phone stays on apple logo? And wich error pops out if you want to update the iphone?
