How to solve no bootable device found press any key

If this happened suddenly, chances are your Hard Drive has reached it's end of life. Do you hear any weird clicking or scratching noise coming from the laptop that previously wasn't there? This could indicate a dead Hard Drive. Next step would be to go into the BIOS and check if the drive is detected there, if it is then you can try re-installing an operating system, although the hard drive could be still be failing even if it's detected in the BIOS.
