MP3 player wont open music.

This mp3 player was working fine until I opened the FM radio option for the first time. I went to go back and open the main music section that plays my mp3s and it just refreshes the screen, meaning it registered the imput, without opening the files.

Any idea on how to fix this? Just bought this today.
