samsung rs7567bhcbc fridge no water but ice working

Hi,

My water has suddenly stopped working in my samsung rs7567bhcbc American style fridge. The ice is working fine but no water comes out, there is a humming noise when I press for the water. I’ve pulled the fridge out and there’s plenty of pressure from the water source and the filter isn’t clogged. I’ve tried to push water through the tube going into the fridge with a syringe but to no luck. It seems there’s a block somewhere but I’m not sure how to find it. I doubt it’s frozen water in the tube as we haven’t changed the temperature of the fridge or freezer recently, both at 5 and -15C respectively. The warmest I can go on the freezer. I’ve no idea where to go from here and of course the 10 year warrant expired a few months ago. Thanks for any help!
