How do I turn off the beeping whenever I press a button on it.

So whenever I press a button (A) (B) (C) (D) it beeps every time and it's getting annoying and I want to turn it off because I am about to chuck it out the window

If you can open the back of the Armitron Watch, you may be able to access the beeper-speaker in the watch, and remove it or cover it up.

I did cover it up with tape but it didn't work and I don't want to take it out.
