How to purposely remove connectivity on iPhone 7 Plus?

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and would like to remove any and all connectivity on it, such as bluetooth, wifi, cellular, NFC, and anything else. USB connectivity can remain but ideally, that's it.

I am working on a project that requires an airgapped iPhone 7 Plus for security reasons for those curious. I was thinking about just removing the Wi-Fi IC but if I read online somewhere correctly, completely removing it would cause boot failure. Perhaps there is a way to completely render the Wifi IC (and all other connectivity chips) useless but still allow it to boot? I see people run into the problem where their iPhone has wifi and bluetooth greyed out - that is ideally my end goal with this.

Any and all help would be greatly appreicated.
