Why won’t my camera completely turn on?

Every time I push the power button it flashes green and doesn’t turn on. Sometimes I’ll push the button and it will start to turn on but then the screen goes black and it shuts off. I tried cleaning everything and replacing the batteries but literally nothing seems to work.
