An error occurs as shown in the link above. I tested several pads and several cables, but in the end I couldn't solve it. It seems that the USB port on the main unit is broken. Is the motherboard broken?
Does the charge light on the controller come on when you plug it in to the usb port? Did you try all usb ports? Have you tried wirelessly pairing the controller? Press and hold the playstation button and the share button at the same time to put the controller into pairing mode.
