During the update, the screen turned purple
Hello, I have a problem with my Nintendo LCD version from 2017. I got a purple screen and the console no longer works. do you know how to fix it? the console has never been modified

sounds like a corrupted bootloader which probably happened during the update, its not something you can fix yourself and since it happened because of the update nintendo should be responsible for repairing it. try contacting them to see if they can help you.

oh, sorry, there was an error, the game was updated, not the system. What I care most about is recovering my game saves
@pkpintercity remove the game and sd card if 1 is installed then hold down the power button for 30 seconds to see what happens
but I can't do anything, after connecting the charger cable I immediately get a purple screen and that's it. no menu or anything like that

yes, it doesn't do anything, it just turns off.
