My miyoo mini plus’ screen is freezed, how can I fix its?

Basically today I started my miyoo mini and started a Nintendo ds game, I left it on the table for the time to go make some coffee and it went into standby mode. when I turn it on now the screen is on the Nintendo ds mode but it won’t work and any button does seem to work but it doesn’t. I really love my miyoo mini and I’d love to fix it. I’ve tried everything but it won’t work

I had the same issue stuck on a DS game after it had gone to sleep mode. Had to insert the SD card back into my PC and delete the ROM file of the game that was stuck for it to let me off the glitched screen and back into the Game Switcher.

Not ideal for those that had saves they wanted to retain. Seems like a bug in 4.3.0 of Onion

Hi @giacomocastaldo

If you haven't already done so, try disconnecting the battery from the device for about 30 seconds and then reconnect it and check if doing this resolves the problem.

Here's the ifixit Miyoo Mini Plus Face Buttons Replacement guide that will help.

You only have to go as far a Step.3 in the guide to disconnect the battery

Hi, thanks I’ve tried but it still won’t work. It is still freezed to the Nintendo ds screen.

Now some things might work but it still won’t get out of that loading screen.

Don't know the device but if it has a Power button or an On button, disconnect the battery once more and this time press and hold (or turn on) the Power/On button for a full 30 seconds and then release it. Then reconnect the battery and check.
