Connect HDMI Driver Board in A1311 iMac 2011 with internal PSU + Audio

Hi,

I want to use my broken iMac as a HDMI monitor and use the PSU and the internal speakers along with it.

I have only the image below available for the wiring. Any idea how I can connect the PSU and the speakers safely with this board?
