Only one sim card that get calls even if both sim cards work
I have two sim cards x and y, when i activate mobile data in y, x don't get calls anymore, i can call using x, but when people call me i don't get the call. Is there any solution please.

- The 2nd SIM is not active. Check on settings.
- The 2nd SIM slot is malfunctioning. Try interchanging them, put SIM 1 in SIM slot 2 and SIM 2 in SIM slot 1 … test, obviously now the 2nd SIM should work and not the first one…or vice versa.
- The SIM you are using is not for that phone, meaning the phone is SIM locked or Network locked.
- Phone overall is malfunctioning.
