Is this tablet screen can be replaced with screen from elite 1012?

Short answer is no they cannot be used as they are not compatible. Also they are not the same size so they will not fit correctly in the tablet anyway.

Different part numbers would mean different LCD panels otherwise they would use panels having the same part numbers.

Best option is to search online for the part number of an LCD panel that is compatible with your tablet, to find suppliers that suit you best. Usually the part number can be found on the back of the LCD panel itself if you wish to verify that you're getting the correct one.
