Fruit and vegetable drawers freezing

The freezer seams fine but the fruit and vegetable drawers are icing up and the refrigerator doesn't seam to be getting cold enough. Checked temperature settings, clean coils and it still freezing bottom drawers. GE GFE28GSKISS

Here's the mini manual for the refrigerator that may help.

Use it to run the diagnostics tests, (especially test # 00 30 (deli pan thermistor test) and check if any errors are shown by the tests.
