the fan of my computer is making a strage sound when I'm starting to turn the power on , I need assistance on how to fix it

Take a look at the fan and see if it is clean. There could be dust on it.

It could be it is loose, dirty or the bearing are bad/worn maybe something else but those are I would think it would be
