Does the power indicator light turn on when you try to start the PC?
What happens when you try to turn it on?
Please confirm the model number of the device as you have selected an AIO (All in One PC) and not a laptop?

If the power indicator doesn't turn on either the battery of the connecteurs are the most common issues.

We may have to wait until the OP confirms the model number as the model they selected is an AIO and not a laptop as the OP has called it, so therefore there's no battery also no charger as it has a PSU that works on mains supply.
