My 3d and volume slider arent adjusting

All ribbon cables are in correctly, the little nobs are lined up, i see no visible scratches or damages. This only occured after replacing the top lcd of the 3ds. My 3ds is modded and i had a arm9 error when starting my 3ds, if that may be an issue. But it works fine without sd and i can reformat sd.
