transferring flood illuminator to a new assembly/module

so I accidently torn a bit the flux cable extending from the earpiece/proximity sensor assembly while doing a repair. Although the proximity sensor is working fine, the earpiece speaker is not. Now what I need to do is transfer the flood illuminator from the original assembly to the new one because otherwise the Face ID will be deemed "unavailable". The issue is I'm not that much of a soldering geek and I don't know how should I approach this. What kind of soldering flux/solder should I use? Where can I can get a soldering station/ machine for a good price? where can I get a good quality earpiece and proximity sensor module ( I couldn't find on ifixit except the whole assembly which holds flood illuminator, proximity sensor, earpiece speaker etc.. ) , is there a video guide or maybe a step by step guide with pictures I can use ? because I haven't found any. Any insight would be of an enormous help.
