ice tray dumps the ice, it stays stuck together.

Our Kenmore Elite works perfectly but lately, when the ice tray dumps the ice, it stays stuck together. We have to open the icemaker door and try to break up solid trays of ice in the bin. I'm not talking about it clumping together, instead it is solid like still in the tray. It seems to be getting worse. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
