Ninja CT682 blender not spinning

Hi , I need help, my Ninja CT692 blender blade is not spinning. the bottom base is hard and not able to move for 72oz cup blade. Please help. Thank you

Do you hear the motor attempt to move? Does it hum, vibrate or rattle? The motor might have gotten stuck or the motor run capacitor has gone bad.
