Why is the screen writing and drawing not very dark?

When we write on the write and learn desktop it is not appearing very dark and seems to fade. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi @matthew19810465,

Have you tried replacing the batteries and using the recommended Alkaline batteries?

Also try clearing the screen as described on p.4 - Before Use - of the user manual
