sometime can't recognize the font in some site, how to fix it

Hi @bandalx,
Have you tried using different browsers e.g. Firefox, Edge, Chrome to see if it works in one of them or none of them?
By "sometime" do you mean that it is intermittent and doesn't happen all the time on the same website?
