Not to my knowledge. You can put in a replacement battery and it will power the phone and charge correctly, but you will lose access to the battery health percentage number in Settings and you'll get that non-genuine pop-up warning for about a week, and after that there'll be a permanent badge on the Settings icon.

As you're undoubtedly aware of, the only way to avoid the message and keep the battery health information is to transfer the BMS from the old battery to the replacement, then clear the health percentage and cycle count. So far I haven't seen anything to indicate that whatever number you have to match is retrievable from the phone like the MtSN is for True Tone. I personally think it's more likely to be a number generated by an encryption algorithm that, like the Face ID information, cannot be duplicated.

And since your phone is too old to be eligible for the self repair program, that only leaves you with one option, which is to pay Apple to replace the battery for you if you can't live with the results of having an aftermarket battery. (Well, the same thing would happen with a genuine Apple battery, but you get the point.)

Wish I had better news, but the iPhone XS and XR were where Apple really started accelerating it's parts pairing strategy. On those it was only the battery; with the next phone, the iPhone 11, they added the display to the list of paired parts that would either lose functionality, give out unnecessary warnings, or both. And it's getting worse with every new model.
