My 1995 head lights not turning on and affects the indicator system.
hazard lights as well, hi beam light comes on along with left and right indicator arrows. ( faint not bright ) indicator works correctly when head lamp switch is in the off position.

have you checked that ALL the fuses relating to the headlights (low and high beam) as well as the indicator lights are all OK i.e. fuse #1, 2, 11, 12 & 17 passenger compartment instrument panel fuse block?
(Not sure if the fuse numbers are correct, so check what it shows on the lid of the fuse block as usually the fuse layout list is there.
Sometimes a blown fuse for one circuit can cause problems in other circuits.
