PlayStation enters safe mode and disables any access to the system.
Whenever my PlayStation 4 is powered down or even put to sleep, it enters safe mode (saying “cannot access system storage”)and gives me no other option but to turn the power off. There’s no way to get through this other than to power it on and off until I get lucky and the ps4 turns on correctly. I have read about needing to buy an updated drive of some sort but I’m not sure what that is exactly or if that is even the problem.. Anyone else have this issue?
