Hi everyone, I have a MacBook which when the lid is opened the screen, keyboard back light and touch bar stay off, when I press the caps lock the green light comes on and off and when I triple press the Touch ID button I hear the voice over turn on and off, I even tried to connect a external display and it doesn’t show anything.
Any idea on how to fix this issue

Try using an external keyboard, mouse & display (using the system in clamshell mode, display closed).
See if your system is able to work that way.

Hi Dan, I tried that and so did the Apple genius and it still didn’t respond to anything plugged in at all
@hassan538 - Can you give us some background on what happened leading up to this.
The MacBook was working perfect fine when I left for holiday and then it was working the day I came back but then on the next day I opened the lid to find the laptop screen touchbar and keyboard lights didn’t turn on at all,
There no physical damage to the MacBook at all, I took it too Apple and they said no physical damage just wear and tear on the lid and back plate
@hassan538 - So one day it just didn’t respond? No liquid spills or sat in a puddle. Battery was fully charged or was it in need of charging? Didn’t bang it, drop it or have something heavy sat on it?
