Elite series controller. Stripped screws on small pcb boards inside

I tried to replace the shell on my Elite series controller. The screws that hold 2 very small pcb boards were stripped and now I can’t tighten them or loosen them, and the buttons will not actuate when pressed because they are not screwed down all the way. How can I get these screws out? Is there a certain tool or bit I could get to solve this?
