Searching online I can't find the rear camera lens as a separately available part, only as a part of the back cover.

Search online for GH98-30034B to find back cover suppliers that suit you best.

Here's the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Case Replacement guide that shows how to remove the back cover from the tablet.
