Please confirm the model number of the refrigerator?
The model you selected is a two door side by side refrigerator i.e. one freezer compartment and one refrigerator compartment next to each other and not one above the other or do you mean that the lower part of the refrigerator compartment is not cooling but the upper part is?
The lower fridge may not be cooling anymore due to several possible reasons such as a malfunctioning compressor, a problem with the thermostat, a blockage in the air vents, or a low refrigerant level.
