How do I fix my phone unresponsive, super dark, and glitching?

I set my backpack down on my phone on accident and I think my metal water bottle hit the top of my phone half an inch away from my camera and then the screen just started tweaking. It's dark, the screen is jumping up and down. Sometimes it'll respond to me touching it but its glitching too much and too unresponsive for me to even put in my pin. I really don't have money for a new phone and my mom will kill me. Any suggestions?
