Nokia C3-00 power issue

So a few months ago I bought a Nokia C3-00 from a online store. I didn't use it for a long time causing it to refuse powering on.

Yesterday it worked while charging but stopped later.

I really want to know what's wrong,and I believe it's got to be the phone itself or the battery.

How do I get it working again?

hello? its been 4 days since i posted this and no answer. can someone pls answer?

ive also tested the phones battery with another phone and it worked. is there something wrong with the phone?
