SD Reader only works for about 30 mins before it stops working again

Basically, today my Switch's SD card reader stopped working, and its been finicky for a while, but i only had to really worry about placing just right when i was repairing it or modding it. This morning, it had stopped working with SD cards meant for the Switch, cards that weren't made for it but normally worked, nothing at all worked.

So i took it apart, disconnected and reseated the reader, wiped the SD card, and it was working fine until about 30-45 mins after i had taken it apart and fixed the issue.

now its having the same issue all over again, and im assuming i need a replacement, but the reader still works for a little while if i reseat it, so i feel like this could possibly be a logic board issue?
