Are the Digitizer/Screen pre-stuck, or separate replacement parts?
If I buy this, will the screen and the digitizer already be stuck to each other, or will they be separate parts?

The description on the part page says this:
A new LCD and digitizer assembly
So yes, if you order that part in particular you will get the combined LCD + digitizer assembly, already glued together. According to the screen replacement guide, it is possible to replace the LCD or the digitizer separately, but if you're looking to replace both then that's the part you want.
