Same answer as Kamal. The CPU is obviously working as the fan increases speed indicating it is getting hotter. But the twist is the display. You need to be a little more observant and post what is happening to the disk activity light. Also, what have you don't - like checking cables, swapping monitor to another computer, etc.
And it would be better to start another thread as this one is old.

When I turn on my CPU, the fan starts and after some time the fan becomes high. There is no display on the monitor.
