It's not charging
when i plug in with charger then it doesn't recieve the charge

Have you tried charging them by MagSafe? If it can charge by MagSafe, then take a toothpick and clean out the USB-C female connector on the AirPods Pro Charging Case. Sometime, lint from clothes can get into the connector and jam up the connection. If the AirPods Pro still do not charge by MagSafe, you will need to take them into Apple, because AirPods Pro are impossible to repair.
