Replacement battery not charging past 85%

I'm new at this so bare with me.

My phone just got updated and it only charges up to 85%. It's a new feature and it's supposed to be better for your battery. In settings there should be an option that asks you if you want to just charge it to 85% and that's probably what's going on with your phone. You should be able to turn that function/feature off.
