Now once I manually turn on the power,Playstation 5 goes to press Playstation button___ so I do so, it won't respond to comand what should I do?

Press power button about 10 sec in PS5 Console. Once you get the beep remove and wait till it reset it's configuration and go to settings > power options > disable > power supply to usb port .
