Can you upgrade the RAM? If yes, pls guide on the process
I want to upgrade the RAM on this Laptop. PLs provide step by step process

Short answer is no you cannot upgrade the ram in this laptop.
The ram is non removable i.e. it is soldered onto the motherboard.
The only way to easily increase the amount of ram is to change the motherboard.
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop, if you wish to open it and verify this.
Here's a ram/SSD supplier that also says the same thing
