Volume Slider no longer working after shell swap

I was performing an upper and bottom shell swap but while swapping out the top shell, I assume I broke the volume slider while prying it open with a pick. Now the volume is stuck at 0 and the slider does not do anything. The 3D slider still works perfectly fine and the speakers work too (I tested by using the shutter in the camera app and also test application through the CFW). Is there any possible way this can be remedied? I am okay if the volume is stuck at 100% I just want there to be audio.
